- How is the practice engaged?
- We work to a fixed fee or a schedule of rates. Terms are provided with every proposal, before any work starts.
- Is there a charge for a quote?
- No. Quotes and fee proposals are prepared free of charge. Work is priced as a fixed fee or a schedule of rates, with terms, before anything starts.
- Do you need to visit the site?
- Sometimes, and where a visit is needed the engineer doing the assessment is the one who attends. Other questions can be settled from drawings and photographs. We will tell you which yours is before anything is arranged.
- What should an enquiry include?
- The structure, the stage it is at, and what you need: a design, an inspection, a report, or a second opinion. A suburb is enough to start on location, and a drawing or a photograph helps if you have one.
- How quickly are enquiries answered?
- Enquiries are answered within two business days. Email and telephone are both above, and the hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday.
